Calgary-born watch and lifestyle label MEDIUM has officially opened The Story Shop at CF Chinook Centre, marking the brand’s first-ever standalone brick-and-mortar storefront. 

Centered on the guiding ethos "Watches first. Stories always," the experiential space showcases MEDIUM’s signature timepiece collections, custom straps, journals, and Canadian-made apparel alongside curated pieces from heritage watchmakers like Citizen, Bulova, and Nixon. 

Setting it apart as a true experiential retail destination, the shop features an in-store Story Studio, inviting guests—free of charge—to sit down, share a personal milestone, and take home a custom portrait paired with their written story.

This opening marks MEDIUM’s first location within the Cadillac Fairview portfolio. Find them on Level 2, next to Oakley and across from Sephora.
