Alforno

Alforno, named after the Italian word for “oven,” is the heart of Teatro Group’s baking program – serving fresh bread and pastries daily to its restaurants, as well as guests visiting in person or taking it to go. Inspired by owner Dario Berloni’s love for the relaxed elegance of Italian café culture, Alforno has proudly served Calgarians since 2015. Alforno’s goal is simple – to create everyday moments of delight through Italian-inspired coffee, handcrafted pastries, thoughtfully prepared food, and warm hospitality.
