Cortina Night at Eataly Ristorante

Immerse yourself in the world of the Milano, Cortina, and the surrounding regions as you indulge in a curated selection of Alpine dishes, each crafted to highlight the flavors of Northern Italy. This communal dining experience will be led by our experts at La Pizza & La Pasta/Eataly Ristorante. Gather with friends, sip on Italian wine, and savor the essence of Cortina, where every bite tells a story. Reservation & Pricing The experience is priced at $30 per person. This price includes a curated welcome beverage, and a menu of family-style appetizers and entrees. Additional food, beverages, taxes and gratuity are not included in the ticket price.

Bring your bambini and get ready to cook! In our hands-on format, you’ll be diving right in and making our signature recipe with your child from scratch. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home! Our Scuola Chef will then prepare the dish for you to taste in class. Please Note: - One ticket purchase is valid for one parent + one child; an additional child or adult ticket can be purchased as an extra attendee ticket. This class is tailored for children ages 4+. - Seating is first-come, first-served. - Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes

Il Gran Cafe

Founded in 1933 in Trieste, Illy makes unmistakably velvety coffee from pure Arabica beans. An all-day café in the grand tradition of Italian bars, Il Gran Caffè Illy is an upscale, full-service Italian coffee bar offering high-quality, expertly roasted caffè, and housemade pastries and panini.

La Pizza alla Pala

Every day, Eataly bakers create the unique Pizza alla Pala, a favourite street food from Roma. This thin-crust pizza is named after the wooden “pala,” or paddle, on which it is served. These traditional Italian flatbreads are topped with a variety of fresh sliced meats, cheeses, and local vegetables

La Pasticceria

Eataly North America Head Pastry Chef Katia Delogu was trained in Torino, Italy. In keeping with Italian tradition, Katia and her team of pastry chefs pay meticulous attention to the quality of their creations, selecting only the finest ingredients from Italy and North America.
