Our nursing room features private nursing stations. Each one is equipped with a rocking chair, counter and soft lighting. The nursing room also includes a microwave, sink and two change tables. Located by Guest Services on Level 3.

Complimentary wheelchairs are available for use during regular shopping hours.

Guest Services offers a complimentary coat check service. We do not keep personal bags or luggage.

Parking is accessible from Daly Avenue and Nicholas Street. Experience increased convenience and fast, more efficient exiting with our automated pay stations. All parking machines are equipped with a call button for assistance.

We’re pleased to share that our parking system has transitioned to gateless entry to improve the flow of traffic and simplify parking for all of our guests. What's changed? Once parked, you can pay using one of the following methods: - By parking meter - Scanning the QR code posted via parking lot signs - Using the hangTag mobile application Your payment will be connected to your license plate number, and you will no longer need to display proof of payment on your dashboard. Parking rates are subject to change, but currently remain the same: 1 hour - $5.00 2 hours - $10.00 3 hours - $14.00 4 hours - $17.00 5 hours (Daily max) - $20.00 24 hours - $30.00

Need to power up? Now you can charge your vehicle while you shop. CF Rideau Centre is equipped with eight Tesla superchargers, one level 3 DC Flo fast charger (CHAdeMO & CCS Combo) and two level 2 Flo chargers. Electric vehicle charging stations are located in the Green Garage. Charging rates and parking rates apply.

There are city owned bicycle racks available on Mackenzie King Bridge and on Rideau Street, outside of Hudson's Bay.

Blue Line taxi stands are located at the front entrance of The Westin Ottawa and Novotel hotels. Taxis are also available on Rideau Street.

Parking for tour group buses is available at the corner of Daly Avenue and Nicholas Street and on George Street in the ByWard Market (subject to availability).
