CF Fairview Mall offers FREE public WiFi as a courtesy to our guests. To access our WiFi network, enable WiFi on your mobile device and search for CF PUBLIC WIFI. You can connect with your Facebook, Twitter, or email address.

From band-aids to ambulances, Guest Services works in partnership with our Security & Life Safety Team to ensure the safety of your visit is a priority. We can provide you with a band-aid for scratches or an ambulance for emergencies.

Nursery rooms are located on the lower level near the women's washroom in the Dining Hall, and at the lower level washrooms near H & M.

Wheelchairs are available on loan from Guest Services for the convenience of elderly or handicapped patrons on a first come first serve basis. There is no fee required. Wheeltrans stops are found at Entrance 6 where automated doors are located.

Accessibility Policy

Self-serve vending strollers are located on the upper level, in front of TD Bank (Entrance 5). There is a $6 rental fee. The machine accepts credit cards and cash, with change-making capabilities. Upon return of the stroller, customers will receive a $1 rebate. All of CF Fairview Mall's stroller revenue is donated.

An alternate to the outdoors, CF Fairview Mall provides a comfortable walking environment year round. Walkers are welcome between 7:00am and 9:30am everyday. Visit Guest Services or call us at (416) 491-0151 for more information.

The Don Mills subway station, on the Sheppard Line, is directly connected to the shopping centre.

Subway:  Via the Sheppard Line - exit at Don Mills Station - look for signs directing you to CF Fairview Mall (Entrance 4 near St. Louis Bar & Grill).

The following bus routes connect to CF Fairivew Mall via Don Mills Station: 10, 24A, 25, 85, 139, 167, 169, 190, 224, 368.

Please enter the mall from Sheppard Avenue. Parking deck 4 & 5, on the west side, is designated for TTC parking.  Fees may apply.

Please note that parking deck 5 is currently closed.

Need to power up? Now you can charge your vehicle while you shop. CF Fairview Mall is equipped with one level 3 DC Flo fast charger (CHAdeMO & CCS Combo) and two level 2 Flo chargers. Electric vehicle charging stations are located on the lower level of the parking deck, near entrance 2. 20 Tesla Superchargers spots are also available on the south side of the CF Fairview Mall parking lot (near Entrance 4, adjacent to the TTC parkade).

If you're ever in a situation where you lock your keys in your car or your car battery needs a boost, visit Guest Services and we will provide this service free of charge.

CF Fairview Mall is pleased to offer a Safe Walk program to escort guests to their vehicles or nearby TTC stops. Guests who would like to use Safe Walk can visit the Guest Services kiosk located in the centre of the mall on the upper level and ask for a security guard for "Safe Walk" or call Security at (416) 491-0151 to make arrangements.
