Known for accessible, youth-oriented fashion across denim, activewear, streetwear, and accessories, Urban Behavior operates dozens of locations across Canada as part of YM Inc. The parent brand maintains a growing presence within the Cadillac Fairview portfolio, with Urban Planet locations including CF Polo Park, CF Fairview Mall, and CF Masonville Place, along with a recently opened Urban Behavior store at CF Chinook Centre. 

The highly anticipated opening marks a major milestone in the shopping centre’s ongoing leasing evolution and footprint optimization. Taking over the lower level of the anchor space formerly occupied by Hudson's Bay, the new store revitalizes a primary retail quadrant with an expansive physical footprint.

The Grand Opening took place on Friday, July 24, 2026, featuring limited-time promotions to celebrate opening weekend. Shoppers can explore the new location on the Lower Level of the former Hudson's Bay space.
