Yoga Thursdays - FAQs
No, all of our events are free to take part in.
We have yoga mats you can use, but please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
No. Our events are drop-in only, no registration is required.
The class consists of two 45-minute sessions, but you are welcome to drop-in and leave when you like.
Yes. Our events are open to anyone to participate in, including children. We have chairs available for those with mobility issues as well and our instructors can make adaptations to allow all abilities to take part.
If poor weather is forecast, we may move the activity inside to Sportcheck Court, which is located right inside the CF Richmond Centre plaza entrance. Please keep an eye on our Instagram page for updates, at @cfrichmondcentre.

Movies in the Plaza is a free experience.
No. Our events are drop-in only.
You are welcome to bring whatever snacks you would like to enjoy during the film. We have many stores and restaurants inside CF Richmond Centre you can stop off at before the movie starts!
You are welcome to bring your own camp chairs or blankets to sit on. If you forget, we do have some blankets to borrow on site! Just please return them afterwards.
All of our films are rated PG-13 or under, but our 2pm screenings are more targeted for family audiences. Some films may contain violence or strong language, please use your own discretion to decide what is suitable for you and your children.
