In 1992, Allan and his brother Andre purchased the franchise rights for British Columbia and rapidly expanded from one store to 10 within a three month period. Together, they created a business model that distinguished itself from corporate stores by offering a broader selection of quality products, a higher level of customer service, and a sharper focus on product knowledge.
