Studio 10 by BodyMods has opened a permanent location on the ground level of CF Market Mall, near Zara, H&M, and Indigo. Moving away from traditional parlor formats, the store features bright interiors, clean clinical service rooms, and extensive jewellery displays.

Founded in 2002 by Nathan Arnold and Sarah Bolton, BodyMods grew from a single kiosk into a 100% Canadian-owned company with over 100 employees. It performs over 25,000 piercings annually and is Canada's largest importer of premium body jewellery, including titanium, gold, and organic materials.

Within Cadillac Fairview, BodyMods is also located at CF Chinook Centre.
