Family/handicap assist washrooms are located on the lower level in the Express Eatery, and on the upper level in the Best Buy corridor.

Coat check is available during regular mall hours. The cost is $1 per coat per visit. Need more hands for your shopping? Purchases from CF Markville can be checked in as well! All proceeds will go towards our local Markham Stouffville Hospital as a donation. Please visit Guest Services by Entrance #10 for assistance.

*Please note that effective on November 1, 2018, a $20.00 cash deposit is required for wheelchairs. Upon return of equipment borrowed, the full deposit will be returned. Some restrictions do apply on wheelchair loans, visit the Guest Services Desk on the main level located by entrance #10 between Joey’s and Sporting Life or contact us at (905) 477-6600 for more information.

Accessibility Policy

Nursery rooms are located on the lower level in the women's washroom in the Express Eatery, and on the upper-level washrooms in the Best Buy corridor.

Self-serve vending single strollers are $8 per use, located on the lower level by Entrance 9 (near Old Navy). Double strollers are $10 per use, located on the upper level by Entrance 2. The machine accepts credit cards, $5, or $10 bills, loonies and toonies, with change-making capabilities. Upon return of the stroller, customers will receive a $1 rebate.

CF Markville is located on the north-west corner of Highway 7 East and McCowan Road, easily accessible from the 407ETR, and by public transit.

CF Markville has a total of 5,170 free parking spaces - 65 of these are barrier-free parking spaces. Please note that the upper parking deck by GoodLife Fitness and The Bay, as well as portions of the lower level deck north of Marshalls, are restricted to vehicles under 6'6" tall.

Need to power up? Now you can charge your vehicle while you shop. CF Markville is equipped with twenty Tesla Superchargers, one level 3 DC Flo fast charger (CHAdeMO & CCS Combo) and two level 2 Flo chargers. Electric vehicle charging stations are located near Entrance 9 by Sporting Life.

We provide complimentary services for these inconvenient occurrences. We provide car boosts and assistance in accidental lockouts.
