Whether your little ones have a list of wishes ready or you're simply looking to capture the magic of the season, our Santa visits are the perfect way to do so. For a $15 fee, you'll enjoy a delightful visit with Santa himself, along with 5 digital photos that'll make this year's memories last. This year, we will be accepting walk-in visits only at our Visits with Santa experience, available on a first come, first served basis. Guests may find weekdays to be less busy and experience a shorter wait time than on weekends. 🕒 Monday - Friday 11AM to 7PM (Break times: 1:15PM to 2PM and 4:15PM to 5PM) 🕒 Saturday - 10AM to 6PM (Break times: 12PM to 12:45PM and 3PM to 3:45PM) 🕒 Sunday - 11AM to 5PM (Break times: 1:30PM to 2:15PM) Santa will be taking a break on Friday November 29th to head back to the North Pole and check in with the elves. He will be back on Saturday November 30th to visit with guests at Fairview Park. Please note that the Visits with Santa experience may close at CF's discretion either temporarily for staff breaks or at the end of the operating day.

No, we will be accepting walk-in visits only at our Visits with Santa experience, available on a first come, first served basis. Please note that visitors may experience a short wait when they arrive if Santa is busy with a visit. Weekdays tend to be less busy than weekends.
Visits with Santa are intended for guests of all ages.
Visits with Santa take place from Friday, November 15th to Tuesday, December 24th. Note that Santa will be taking a break on Friday November 29th to head back to the North Pole and check in with the elves. He will be back on Saturday November 30th to visit with guests at Fairview Park.
There is a $15 fee that includes your visit and up to 5 digital photos that will be emailed to you right away and can be downloaded at your own convenience.
Unfortunately, online reservations are not available this season. Guests who wish to visit Santa are invited to come to the centre to have their photos taken.
To ensure we capture everyone in your photo, it is recommended that your group size is limited to 6 people.
Santa is located in Hudson’s Bay Court on Level 1.
Each visit is approximately 5-minutes long.
Santa will be sitting in an oversized chair with room for visitors to sit next to him on the chair. There will also be small stools next to Santa’s chair or you can stand next to the chair if you’d prefer to maintain more distance.
We will be working with Page Activations Inc. for photography this holiday season.
You will receive your photos via email within a few seconds after the photos are taken. However, this may take longer depending on factors beyond our control (i.e. slow internet connection). Please check that you have received your photo email with the staff before you leave. You can download your photos to any connected device such as a cell phone, tablet or personal computer. The photo files are full resolution and can easily be used to print up to a 8” x 10” photo.

Yes, you may view your photos before leaving.
Yes, you can request a retake. We kindly ask that any retakes be done within your 5-minute timeframe.
All photos are retained until February 28, 2025 as a back up should any customers misplace their photos. After February 28, 2025, all photos will be permanently deleted.
Yes, personal photography is permitted.
No, unfortunately we will not be offering pet photos this year.
No. For everyone’s safety, visits with Santa will be with one family group (max.6) at a time only. Santa will also be going digital this year with Storytime live. Check back on our website for more details coming soon.
