Shopping Centre Guidelines
Cadillac Fairview has a zero-tolerance policy for harrasment and discrimination in any form.
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service animals.
Use of bicycles, scooters, skateboards, etc., are strictly prohibited in the centre.
All guests must be fully dressed and shoes must be worn at all times.
No smoking, vaping or any illegal drug use on the premises.

Not quite sure what store to visit in order to find a particular item? Our Guest Services team will be happy to guide you in the right direction. Manger / boire
Manger / boire est un répertoire en ligne de tous les restaurants et des détaillants alimentaires des centres CF qui offrent le service de livraison et de commandes à emporter en plus de promotions spéciales. We have 5 dynamic dine-in restaurants and a diverse array of restaurants in our Dining Terrace which offer a wide variety of choices sure to please your palate.
Public WIFI
CF RichmondCentre now offers FREE public WiFi as a courtesy to our guests. To access our WiFi network, enable WiFi on your mobile device and search for CF PUBLIC WIFI. You can connect with your Facebook, Twitter, or email address. Your session will not be timed and no information will be posted to your social channels.
Wheelchairs and Walkers
To make your way around the mall a little easier, we offer wheelchairs and walkers. This service is offered free of charge. Please note availability is based on a first come first served basis.

Lost & Found
If at any time during a visit to Richmond Centre you discover that you have lost/misplaced something, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find your missing item. Also if we find an item, we will do our best to find the owner. Please do not hesitate to contact us at (604) 273-2767 for your lost and found inquiries.

Directions
We are located between No.3 Road and Minoru Boulevard, and Granville Avenue and Westminster Highway in Richmond.
If you are travelling by bus or Canada Line, Richmond Centre is located at the terminus station, Richmond-Brighouse. We are 25 minutes from downtown Vancouver, and 15 minutes from the Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
Parking & Vehicle Services
Parking
We have over 2300 stalls of complimentary 4 hour parking available, including a 4 level parkade located on the south end of the shopping centre towards Granville Ave.
Tesla Supercharger Station
Located on the North End of our Parking lot, these 20 spots provide supercharging capabilities specific to Tesla vehicles and are available to our customers*

Non-Profit Guidelines and Criteria
Throughout the year we receive numerous requests for support from a wide range of deserving organizations. Unfortunately we are unable to fulfill all requests and therefore we have established guidelines and criteria to help us evaluate each request. We are committed to supporting as many groups as possible.
Non-Profit Space
We'll help you raise awareness! If you are a local non-profit organization, you have an opportunity to book a complimentary space at Richmond Centre. Please contact ricguestservices@cadillacfairview.com for more information.
Community Board
Your non-profit community event can be posted on our Community Board located near the Administration office. Posted materials should be:
To raise awareness for Richmond-based non-profit organizations;
Professionally printed (no handwritten materials);
A maximum size of 11"x17".
Please note that we do reserve the right to accept and/or decline posted materials based on suitability, and is subject to space availability. Materials can be posted for a maximum of 30 days, and cannot be posted more than once every 3 months. For further details, please contact the Administration office at (604)-713-7467.
