Family/handicap assist washrooms are located on the lower level in the Food court beside Koya Japan, and on the lower level between Laura Secord and Bentley.

The nursing room is located on the upper level in the women's washroom between Banana Republic and Victorias Secret.

The tranquility multi-faith prayer room is located in our CF Masonville Place lounge on the upper floor near The Rec Room. The room is available to the public. Please contact a Guest Services Team member if you have any concerns or questions.

CF Masonville Place is conveniently located near the intersection of Fanshawe Park Road W and Richmond Street in London. CF Masonville Place is easily accessible by car or taxi, by a number of London Transit bus routes and by Middlesex County Connect.

CF Masonville Place offers over 3,500 complimentary parking spaces in the lot right next to the mall.
