Guest Services are happy to help with any questions you may have and are a great source of knowledge on current store promotions, centre events, upcoming store openings, and exploring the City of Calgary. Professional, polite, friendly, and courteous, the team strives to provide a wonderful guest experience.

CF Chinook Centre now offers FREE public WiFi as a courtesy to our guests. To access our WiFi network, enable WiFi on your mobile device and search for CF PUBLIC WIFI.

At CF Chinook Centre we provide charging areas for guests to use their charging cables to plug in.  The tall tables on the south side of the Dining Hall offer both regular plug-ins and USB slots.  A second charging area is located in the eating area outside of Marble Slab.

In an effort to ensure all guests have an opportunity to enjoy their shopping experience, free wheelchair loans* guarantee hassle-free access to all your favourite stores and services. In order to loan a wheelchair you will need to provide one of the following pieces of identification: Passport, Driver's License or Permanent Resident card. If at any time during a visit to CF Chinook Centre you discover you have lost or misplaced an article, guests are recommended to check with the retail locations you think you may have lost your item at or with CF Chinook Centre Security located on the basement level next to the Administration Office. To inquire about an item, contact CF Chinook Centre 24-hour security dispatch at (403) 212-8805.

CF Chinook Centre is pleased to partner with Variety – the Children's Charity, to loan Sensory Backpacks through Guest Services, and help make family visits to CF Chinook Centre more enjoyable and positive.

Conveniently located at the intersection of Macleod Trail and Glenmore Trail, right in the heart of Calgary, it is easily accessible by car or public transportation. Only 15 minutes from downtown Calgary.

For your convenience, Checker Cabs has three designated pick-up and drop-off points at CF Chinook Centre:

• Main Entrance

• Between Chapters and Scotiabank Cineplex Theatres

• P3 West Parkade entrance to Dining Hall

With 5,500 FREE spaces, there's always plenty of parking at CF Chinook Centre. Designated spots have been reserved for expectant mothers or brand-new parents.

CF Chinook Centre features three (3) parkades in addition to surface-level parking. The parkades may be found on the South, West, and North ends of the shopping centre. The North parkade is Calgary's largest heated underground parkade and may be accessed from Macleod Trail or by using the connecting tunnel from the West parkade.

NEW Height Restrictions for West Parkade P1, P2, & P3 | Maximum Height 6'2"

Oversized vehicles may park on West Parkade P4, the surface parking lots, or the North Parkade (Maximum height 7'6").

Need to power up? Now you can charge your vehicle while you shop. CF Chinook Centre has partnered with Flo EV Charging Stations. You are able to charge your car for $1.25 per hour*. All 6 Flo Chargers located in the North Parkade, Level 1 near the Macloed Trail entrance.
