To keep everyone safe, visits with Santa are by reservation only and a $5 fee will apply to each booking. All booking fees will be donated to St Mike's Hospital and Autism Speaks Canada and CF will be matching your donation!

OUR SAFETY MEASURES
Our enhanced safety measures to ensure your visit with us is safe and comfortable.
Don’t forget your masks! Masks are mandatory when visiting Santa and capturing your keepsake photo. Santa and all staff will also be wearing masks.
All guests will be asked to sanitize their hands before and after visiting Santa at our hand sanitizer station.
Visits with Santa must remain at a reindeer’s distance to ensure 2m of physical distancing.
For everyone’s safety, Santa’s helpers will be sanitizing the set between each visit.
We ask that all guests refrain from eating or drinking within the Santa experience.
Only the guests included on the reservation will be able to visit with Santa.
Santa tickets will go on sale starting the beginning of November. Please continue to check back on our website for more details coming soon.
We will donate all money from the In-Mall Santa visits to St Mike's Hospital and Autism Speaks Canada and CF will also match donations.
Visits with Santa are intended for all guests of all ages.
No. Visits with Santa must remain at a reindeer’s distance and Santa will be sitting with 2m of physical distancing between him and his guests.

No. For everyone’s safety, visits with Santa will be with one family group (max.6) at a time only. Santa will also be going digital this year with Storytime live. Check back on our website for more details coming soon.
Kindly wear a face mask that covers your nose, mouth and chin.
For everyone's safety, we continue to follow provincial guidelines when it comes to mask usage at our Santa experience. Those with medical exemptions and children under the age of 2 are not required to wear masks. Please note, all other guests including Santa and his helpers will be required to wear masks.

Cancellations: Santa understands that sometimes plans change. To receive a full refund and allow us to offer your spot to another guest, please cancel your reservation 2-days before your reservation date and time. To cancel your reservation, please check your confirmation email. There is a link in the confirmation email which will take you to the modify reservation page. Modifications: If you need to change the date or time of your reservation, please check your confirmation email. There is a link in the confirmation email which will take you to the modify reservation page. Please click on the “Modify” button to make changes to your registration. Note - you will be asked to make a payment for your new date or time. A refund for your original reservation will be issued within 2-7 business days. Refunds will be issued only when reservations are modified 2-days before the original reservation date and time.

In addition to having the option to order professional photos, you may also use your own device to take a picture. Our staff will not be able to assist with taking a photo using your personal device.
