Fish Tacos | Spice Mango Food Crayon

Ingredients:
- 400 g salmon filet
- 1 tomato
- 3 coriander sprigs
- 1 mango-
½ red onion
- 1 avocado
- 8 hard taco shells
Instructions:
1. Cut the salmon into large cubes. Cook in a skillet.
2. Dice the tomatoes and mango.
3. Dice the avocado.
4. Finely chop the red onion.
5. Wash the coriander and finely chop a few leaves.
6. Combine all the ingredients into a mixed salad.
7. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
8. Top the tacos with the salad and add the salmon pieces.
9. Sharpen the Spice Mango Food Crayon on top to add a bit of punch to the recipe.
