Proof of Vaccination

As per the Government of New Brunswick effective October 1st, 2021 proof of vaccination will be required to access the seating areas of our food court and indoor dining at restaurants at CF Champlain.

Please note the seating area within our Food Court will be cordoned off, and our Security guards will be located at key access points to validate visitors' proof of vaccination, along with government issued photo ID, to ensure that guests planning to use the seating are adequately protected. Restaurant clients will manage access and proof of vaccination for their own premises/seating.

Please note that proof of vaccination does not apply to those individuals picking up takeout food or for shopping in the mall/retail stores. It also does not apply if the individual meets any of the exemptions outlined by the provincial government and can provide written documentation stating that they are exempt.

Complete information about how the vaccination passport system works and a list of services and activities where the vaccination passport will be required can be found on the Government of New Brunswick's website.

As you may know, the Government of New Brunswick has announced the province will reintroduce a mandatory mask requirement starting on Wednesday September 22, 2021. To support this announcement, the following changes will be implemented at CF Champlain:

  • Masks and face coverings. With the reintroduction of a mandatory mask requirement in public indoor settings, CF Champlain will require usage of masks for all visitors.

  • Exemptions: Mask exemptions are permitted by the Province of New Brunswick for anyone age 2 and under, and for anyone with a medical condition (such as asthma, lung disease, COPD, breathing difficulties, claustrophobia, or any medical condition causing them to be unable to wear a mask). For more information visit Government of New Brunswick's website.

Guest Services has masks available should any guests or visitors request for one.
